Using Recordings
Recordings is operated by Hasna Inc. These terms apply when you use the Recordings app, website, and hosted service. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Any separately licensed open-source components remain governed by their respective licenses.
Your recordings and account
You retain your rights to the content you provide. You give the service the permissions needed to process that content and provide the features you choose. You are responsible for having the right to record, upload, and share it, including any consent required from other people.
Keep your account credentials secure and provide accurate account information. Do not use the service to interfere with other users, evade access controls or usage limits, or conduct unlawful activity.
Local and paid features
An initial verified free account is required to start recording. Local transcription is free forever, with no card or cloud subscription required, and works offline after account and model setup. Hosted features may require a paid plan. The checkout page identifies the price, currency, billing interval, and any applicable taxes before you subscribe. Do not complete checkout unless you accept those details.
Subscriptions renew according to the billing interval shown at checkout until canceled. Manage payment details and cancellation through your account’s billing portal. The portal shows when cancellation takes effect. For billing errors or refund questions, contact support@hasna.com. These terms do not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Review your transcript
Speech recognition can omit or misinterpret words. Review important transcripts and verify their destination before relying on or sharing them. You control whether the app pastes automatically and which transcription mode it uses.
Availability and changes
Features, supported models, and service availability can change. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or failures. Keep copies of recordings and transcripts that you need. Access may be restricted for misuse, security reasons, or nonpayment, subject to applicable law.
Third-party services
Hosted transcription, Google sign-in, payment processing, and destination apps involve third-party services. Their terms may also apply to your use of those services. Our privacy notice describes the information used for the features you select.
